We are providers for: BCBS of Alabama, Delta Dental(Premier), Aetna, Cigna, Guardian, PEEHIP and Metlife. Cox Family Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you, if you are free to chose your own dentist.
